General description of Extract RPO

Extract RPO is fully rich aromatic extract by-product from solvent extracting process to modify physical properties of the vulcanization and to reduce the cost of the finished product.

This product has good elastomeric compatibility and low volatility. Furfural extract s are used during mixing of rubber compounds. Furfural extract  is an oil composition which has a kinematic viscosity at 100 °C of from 32 to 50 CST and which contains less than 3%. Polynuclear aromatic compounds is employed as a process oil for rubber compounds, especially aromatic rubbers.

Uses of furfural extract

Rubber process oil is widely utilized in various industries for ink formulations, insulation manufacturing, automotive tire production, rubber manufacturing processes, shoe manufacturing, flooring applications, cable production, and numerous other industrial interfaces. Its versatile properties make it indispensable in these sectors, aiding in processes such as lubrication, softening, and enhancing rubber performance.

It is available in various packaging options, including new or recycled 180 kg drums, ISO tanks, flexi tanks, and bulk shipments. For ease of transportation and storage, each 20-foot container can accommodate up to 80 drums of furfural extract rubber process oil, providing efficient logistics solutions for businesses worldwide.”
