What is  carbon black N220

One of the materials that is mainly used in the manufacture of tires is carbon black N220, black provides excellent abrasion resistance, relative low modulus , high tensile, good tear properties and moderate electrical conductivity ,but it is easily getting heated and very hardness, and its a one of the black grades. Carbon black N220 is an intermediate super abrasion furnace (ISAF) grade having with medium structure and high surface area.

Usage  of  black N220

Also It is recommended for rubber industry. Mainly It is suitable for truck & passenger car high performance tread compounds. N220 is designed for use in premium pre-cured tread compounds & conveyor belts. Compared with N330 carbon, the abrasion resistance of carbon  black N220 compound is 10%_20% higher.

Packing carbonN220

Packing in double layer Kraft paper-PE envelopes( 20-25 kg)
Grad Bag weight(kg) Pallet weight(kg) Volume per 40 FCL
N-220 20 1,100 17.600

Bulk jumbo packing-double valve,PP-PE(1,100kg)

How we are shipping the carbon

Depending on the grade of carbon black, we carry and load it.  According to the transportation ways of the buyer country, the method of loading carbon black changes, usually through 40-foot containers, where each container changes from at least 15,489 to at least 22 depending on the grade of carbon black and the type of packaging.
