General description of semi refined paraffin wax 3-5% oil content

Semi refined Paraffin wax 3-5% content,it means that in this product the slabs of paraffin can have 1% , 1.2% , 1.3% , 1.4% , 1.7% , 1.8% , 1.9% , 2% , 2.3% , 2.6% , 2.9% , 3% oil content and melting point can be minimum 58-degree centigrade and maximum 60-degree centigrade.

The color is semi white and it is middle-grade of paraffin wax comparing below 1 which is the best grade and 5 which is considered as lower quality.

This grade is used in mild and cold weather countries like Ukraine, Turkey, Germany, England, Russia, France,  Italy, Norway, Netherlands, Finland , Switzerland  Sweden Denmark , Canada , Australia , New zealand .while paraffin wax 3-5% oil content, heavy grade means the slabs of paraffin wax can have 1% , 1.1% , 1.4% , 1.6% , 1.7% , 2% , 2.2% , 2.5% , 2.8% , 3% oil content , so melting point of semi refined paraffin wax 3-5% oil content is minimum 62 degree centigrade and maximum 64 degree centigrade more as semi refined paraffin wax 3-5% heavy grade is used in hot weather countries like : South Africa , India, Pakistan , Kenya , UAE , Venezuela , Thailand , Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq , Bahrain , Jordan , Ghana , Colombia , Brazil .Because if the light grade is used in hot weather it will be melted and will make a problem for delivery.

Semi refined  3-5% Packing

It is produced in 5 kg slabs packed in carton plain or marked , pp (poly polypropylene)bags or gunny and there is the possibility of palletizing too. although in carton or bag packing 22 MT can be loaded in a 20′ container by palletizing the capacity will decrease to 17 MT any way it is important for some of the customers to receive the cargo in good condition and safe and we will obey all of the customers ‘ orders .

Uses

Candle manufacturing is the main usage of this product especially in South Africa, polishes, and electrical insulation assist in extracting perfume from flowers are other main usages, water proof coats for wood, and match industry and PVC also uses paraffin wax, tire factories are interested in the granulated form of the semi refined paraffin wax since the amount of the paraffin wax as additive should be quite fixed and exact .
