Dam proof membrane is a rubberized bitumen based emulsion, which provides a flexible and resilient barrier to penetrating damp on walls and floors 

Dam proof membrane is really easy to use. Just paint the floor and the floor is sealed. It can be used on top of any concrete to seal it. It has cured our problem where the original damp membrane had failed to do its job.
